19-year-old Miley Cyrus spotted drinking in NYC nightclubs and KISSING a WOMAN

There are reports that 19-year-old Miley Cyrus was in a New York City nightclub this week drinking and kissing a girl.

The reports say Miley was spotted at the Electric Room at the Dream Downtown Hotel on West 16^th Street Tuesday night with an entourage of about seven people.

Rumor has it that two security guards tried to block prying eyes from watching the former Disney actress who was drinking tequila in the 21-and-old club; however, an intoxicated Miley began dancing on couches and tables.

Although Miley is engaged to 22-year-old Australian actor Liam Hemsworth, sources say the actress was seen kissing a brunette woman who was with her entourage.  The word is that Miley was kissing the woman as thought they were LOVERS.

Reports say before she and her entourage arrived at the Electric Room, they were at PH-D Rooftop Lounge.

It is said that after leaving the club Miley and her posse went upstairs to the penthouse club, where they partied until 4:00 a.m.
