After 17 years of co-hosting “Entertainment Tonight”, Mark Steines will leave after his contract comes to an end this year.
It is unclear whether the decision to leave was Steines’ or management, but, executives released a statement saying that he is leaving to pursue other opportunities, which is a standard statement for when someone is fired.
A replacement has not yet been named.
I am surprised that he stayed as long as he did….I was so sure that after Entertainment Tonight fired his wife, Leanza Cornett, Miss America 1993, that he too would leave shortly thereafter, but I guess someone had to pay the bills.

Knew there was something amiss with Mark and Nancy O’Dell, just wish ET kept Mark instead.Don’t watch the show anymore since he is gone. Looking forward to seeing him on TV again soon.
I miss Mark but will keep watching ET because sooner or later Nancy O’Dell’s botox and plastic surgery is going to fail and I want to see her face finally move.
