32-year old Destiny Ruth Witte admits to having sex with 16-year old boy in public bathroom

A 32-year-old Florida woman was arrested after a 16-year-old boy told Orlando police that he had sex with her in a public bathroom

Destiny Ruth Witte, of Lakeland, was arrested on Wednesday and charged with one count of lewd battery on a child under 16 and two counts of lewd conduct with a child under 16.

The alleged victim’s family had become concerned that Witte had been getting too close with the teenager so they invited her to their home to discuss the matter.

When she arrived, Witte, who was provocatively dressed, embraced the teen in a “passionate” manner, which confirmed there was something more than friendship between the two. The boy’s family contacted the police and detectives wired the teenager’s cell phone.

During one of her conversations with the teenager police broke in and told Witte they wanted to speak with her.

Witte later admitted to the relationship saying she “realized what she did was wrong…and would be willing to get counseling or do anything to ‘make it right.’”
