Actor Henry Hopper accused of raping 15-year-old girl

The 21-year-old son of the late actor Dennis Hopper is accused of raping a 15-year-old girl after plying her with drugs and alcohol.

Although no criminal charges have been filed against Henry Hopper the mother of the alleged victim has filed a lawsuit against the actor.

According to the lawsuit, Hopper, who appeared in the 2011 movie, Restless, and the victim, who was identified as Jane Doe, began communicating on Facebook.

The suit said Hopper then invited the teenager to his California home with the promise of providing her with alcohol and drugs.

It is alleged that the teenager went to Hopper’s Venice home on several occasions and each time he waited until she was intoxicated before engaging “in sexual offensive conduct with her” including sexual intercourse, forced copulation and sodomy.

The victim’s mother claims that the alleged crime, which was not reported to the authorities, left her daughter emotionally damaged.

She is suing for unspecified damages.

If this girl is so emotionally damaged why haven’t they gone to the police with their allegations?
