Actress Demi Moore hospitalized

According to reports, actress Demi Moore was rushed to a hospital in California for exhaustion.

Just before 11:00 p.m. Monday an ambulance was called to Moore’s home.  Although Moore’s publicist released a statement saying that the 49-year-old actress is being treated for exhaustion, sources say Moore is actually being treated for substance abuse.

Since her separation from husband Ashton Kutcher last November, Moore has appeared in public looking extremely thin and very disheveled.
