Actress Francia Raisa suffers wardrobe malfunction on red carpet

Anyhow, actress Francia Raisa was on the red carpet at the Teen Choice Awards last night when she suffered a frontal Marilyn Monroe style wardrobe malfunction.

While standing on the red carpet, her dress blew up exposing her boy shorts.

Kinda shocked that the 23-year-old actress chose boy-shorts instead of thongs, but maybe she was expecting something like this to happen.
