Actress Kaitlyn Leeb as a three-breasted hooker

This Comic Con event thing that they had in San Diego last week must have been a freak show.

Actress Kaitlyn Leeb showed up at the event last weekend with three breasts.

Leeb was in custom for her latest movie, Total Recall, where she plays a three-breasted hooker.

The prosthetic third breast looked as good as the real deal in her barely-there outfit, consisting of a red satin floral dress with a mere strap covering her nipples and an asymmetrical hem.

Leeb’s outfit was completed with a red plastic trench coat and some black PVC over-the-knee boots

Also starring in the movie are Kate Beckinsale and Jessica Biel.
