Actress Kelly McGillis: I am only dating women

Twice divorced actress Kelly McGillis, who played Tom Cruise’s girlfriend in 1986 hit movie “Top Gun,” said she is finished with men, she is only dating woman in the future.

On the internet show “Girl Rock!” when the single mother of two girls if she is looking to date a man or a woman, McGillis replied, “Definitely a woman.”

The actress, who is also known for her roles in “Witness” with Harrison Ford and “The Accused” with Jodie Foster, said she is “done with the man thing. I did that…I need to move on in life.  It’s a part of being true to yourself.  That’s been a challenge for me.”

McGillis said coming out as a lesbian was “an ongoing process from the time I was probably 12.  I had a lot of things happen that convinced me that God was punishing me because I was gay.”

The actress is currently in rehearsals for “The Little Foxes” in Pasadena, California.
