Actress Laura Dern activates divorce paperwork

The divorce is back on.

Actress Laura Dern has moved forward with her divorce paperwork.

Sources say the actress was blindsided by her 42-year-old husband, Ben Harper, when he filed for a divorce in 2010 after only 5 year of marriage.

The couple, who has two children, never finalized the divorce and they even reconciled earlier this year.  However, on Friday, Laura filed legal documents reactivating the divorce.

Forty-four year old Laura is asking for primary physical custody of their two children, ages 10 and 7, along with joint legal custody.  She is also seeking spousal support, child support and attorney fees.
