A Mexican rock singer who has been receiving butt injections so she could look like Jennifer Lopez has been hospitalized.

Alejandra Guzman says the director of the clinic where she has been getting her injections is to blame for her infection.

The Latin Grammy winner told the media that the director of the clinic, where she has had other cosmetic surgery, does not have cosmetology degree, only a high school diploma.

She said based on complaints from other clients the doctor has been arrested.

The singer is now hoping to raise awareness about cosmetic procedures once she is out of the hospital.
