Alexis Grace, Danny Gokey and Michael Sarver were the three “American Idol” finalists

The first three of the 12 “American Idol” finalists were named tonight on the hit Fox TV show.

As predicted, Alexis Grace and Danny Gokey made it through to the next round, along with Michael Sarver.

I really think that Simon’s remarks about Michael certainly helped him to make it through, but I do not think he will get very far in the competition, he seems to be a nice guy, but I do not think he will make it to the top five.

Drama queen Tatiana Del Toro was the last to hear that she was not going to make it through, and true to form, she took it badly.  I really believe she thought she was going to win over Danny Gokey.

The show will be on again next Wednesday with another 12 contestants fighting for three more spots.
