Amber Alert issued for four children across three states

An Amber Alert has been issued in Arizona, California and Nevada for a thirty-four year old mother, who authorities said abducted her four children after she failed to show up for a custody meeting with social service officials on Friday.

A Nevada family court judge issued an arrest warrant on Saturday for Claire Tourand after she failed to show up for a pre-arranged meeting with a social worker.

Police believe that Tourand may be heading to Mexico in a white 1998 Mercury Sable, license plate 369 SDH.

The children, Ivan, Jakelyne, Megan and Tyson Mata-Martinez are between the ages of 4 and 9.
