Arizona police officer Fulton Brock’s wife, Susan, and daughter Rachel accused of having sex with the same 14-year-old boy (UPDATE)

Susan Brock was sentenced to 13 years in prison for having sex with an Arizona boy starting when he was only 13-years-old.

Brock’s daughter, who also had sex with the same underage teenager, will go on trial later this year.

Susan Brock pleaded guilty to three counts of attempted sexual conduct with a minor today in an Arizona court.

She is scheduled to be sentenced on March 16.

An Arizona mother and daughter, who are the wife and daughter of a Maricopa County police officer, were arrested for sexually assaulting an underage boy.

Forty-eight year old Susan Brock, the wife of Maricopa County Supervisor Fulton Brock, pleaded not guilty last month to 15 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and other sexually offenses.

Brock’s daughter, Rachel, 21, was arrested on suspicion of sexual misconduct for sending nude pictures and videos of herself to a minor.

Authorities say both mother and daughter were not aware that each other were sexually involved with the minor.

The incident was discovered in October after a family friend of the victim intercepted text messages that were sent to him of sex acts and genitalia.  It is believed that the friend then notified the victim’s father, who called the police.

According to reports, the victim told police that he developed a relationship with the older Brock three years ago when he was 14.

Reports say the victim told detectives that Susan Brock instructed him to tell his parents that he was going for a jog, and then she would meet him near his home and pick him up and take him to a secluded area, where they had sex in Brock’s vehicle and sometimes at her house of her mother’s house

It is also alleged that Brock became a liaison between the victim and his teenage girlfriend after her mother forbid her from seeing the teenage boy.

Reports say she would pick up the girl from her house and take her to meet the victim, where she provided him with condoms and locations for the two youngsters to have sex.

 It is unclear whether Brock was involved in a threesome with the teenagers.

Detectives said while Brock with having sex with the victim, who is now 17, her daughter Rachel was also having an inappropriate relationship with the teen.

Reports say the younger Brock had sexual contact with the teen in her parents’ home and also in her car.

Authorities say the victim did not tell mother or daughter that he was sexually involved with each of them and mother and daughter never discussed it.

Shortly after Susan Brock’s arrest in October, her husband, Fulton, released a statement saying, “My life and that of my family’s was upended last night. Police officers arrested my wife of twenty-eight years and the mother of our three children. She was informed that she was being accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a 17-year old. Even with this statement I am not sure how to express what such a shocking emotional punch to your heart and family feels like. I am stunned. My children are flabbergasted. You think you know someone after 28 years and I need answers as much as police officers do. I want so much to believe these allegations are not true, but if they are, I am appalled and crushed. I am a religious man. I ask all to pray for our family and those involved so that justice may best be served.”

Fulton Brock has since filed for a divorce.
