A New York City Assistant Principal is suing his former principal for sexual harassment he claims he suffered at the hands of his boss.

In documents filed in Brooklyn Federal Court, Frank Farino claims his former Principal John Quattrocchi sexually harassed him for two years and after he complained to officials the accused retaliated against him.

Farino said the inappropriate behavior began in their Queens school in 2009, but a trip to Las Vegas that summer was the worse of the harassment.

Forty-two year old Farino said in July 2009 he and Quattrocchi were in Las Vegas for a staff development conference and while he was in his own hotel room Quattrocchi ordered him to come to his room immediately.

He said while in his boss’ room the principal pinned him face-down on the bed, fondled him then kissed him.

Farino said he made a formal complaint to the Department of Education in July 2010, and after he filed the complaint, Quattrocchi, who had been the principal at Public School 43, The School by the Sea, in Far Rockaway since 1997, gave him an unsatisfactory job performance at his review.

Quattrocchi, who was transferred to a different school in 2010 while the allegations were being investigated, retired last April.
