Attorney Albert J. Pirro arrested on domestic dispute charges in Greenwich

Albert J Pirro, the ex-husband of former Westchester County District Attorney Jeanine Pirro, was arrested in Greenwich Thursday night.

Greenwich police were called to the newly opened J House restaurant in Riverside last night after restaurant staff spotted the sixty-four-year-old attorney manhandling a female.

Witnesses said Pirro was shaking the woman and grabbing her wrist, preventing her from leaving the establishment.

Police changed Pirro with unlawful restrain and disorderly conduct.

Pirro served 11months in federal prison for tax fraud, which he committed while he was still married to Jeanine Pirro.

In January 2007 he was reinstated as a lawyer more than six years after he was convicted.

In November 2007, Jeanine, who now works as a legal analyst for FOX, announced their separation.

The identity of the woman that Pirro was with was not immediately known.
