Hershey said she was returning home from a Super Bowl party when she lost control of her Ford Mustang. The vehicle hit a tree and Hershey’s breasts acted as an airbag.

Police in her hometown of Houston, Texas, arrested her on DUI charges, but Hershey says she was not drunk at the time of the accident.

She is scheduled to appear in Montgomery County Court on March 28.

I think I will stick to the airbags that come with my vehicle….just watching those things are giving me a backache

Halle wants to permanently move to France with her fiancé Olivier Martinez and take her daughter Nahla.

Shortly after breaking up with Nahla’s father, Gabriel Aubry, Halle gave Gabriel such a hard time when he went to a basketball game with Kim Kardashian saying that she didn’t want her daughter around the likes of Kim….and I agree with her because Kim would have corrupted Nahla’s young mind.

In addition, she gave Gabriel a hard time when he wanted to take his daughter to New York, which is where he lived before he moved to California to be closer to his daughter.

But, now she wants to move to Europe with her man and take her daughter away from the child’s father….that is so not right Halle!  Gabriel kept quiet when Olivier moved in with you before you were engaged.

Come on, it can’t always be you way…he is the child’s father!

On an interview with Howard Stern yesterday, 47-year-old Cox told the shock jock that she hasn’t been with anyone sexually since breaking up with Arquette, whom she had been married to for 11 years.

I know I don’t believe her.

Singer Erykah Badu was photographed last night in Hollywood looking highly ridiculous in ice skating stilettos.

The 40-year-old singer was on her way to a pre-Grammy event.

In addition to the shoes being all wrong, the no makeup face to a Hollywood event is also wrong.

The couple, who did not sign a pre-nup before getting married in October 2010, agreed that Brand, who is worth around $3 million, will not get any of Perry’s $44 million, which is good for Perry since their home state, California, is a community property state.

They also agreed to sell their $6.3 million California home and split the assets in the home 50-50.

The divorce paperwork, which Perry signed off with a happy face, was made public yesterday.

Either Perry is a luck girl or Brand is a good guy, because he could have walked away with a lot more.

The reality star was photographed at a restaurant last night with man who sources say were “really into her.”

Once they were aware that others were looking at them, the 40-year-old reality star and her male friend left the restaurant.

Sources say Taylor, who has been criticized for being too thin, barely ate any of her meal.

Taylor’s husband, Russell, committed suicide last year after reports were about to be published that he and Taylor were broke and living a lifestyle they couldn’t afford.

Her overly bleached hair and her glazed-over look led many to believe that the actress was high on something at last night’s amfAR New York Gala.

Nieko Lisi’s family said the last time anyone saw him was around 2:00 p.m. on September 30, when he and a friend, Robert Knight, left his uncle’s home in Addison, New York, on their way to Buffalo to see some friends.

Lisi’s aunt, Rachael Davis, said the boys told her brother that they were traveling to Buffalo in Knight’s grandfather’s truck but it was later discovered that Knight’s grandfather doesn’t own a truck.

Davis said the day after her nephew left her brother’s home, his grandmother had called him on his cell phone but the teenager told her he couldn’t talk but promised to call her back later; however, he never did.

Family members grew frantic when Knight, whose grandparents live in Jasper, New York, returned home to Michigan, where he lives with his parents on October 1, without Lisi.

Knight told Lisi’s family that the last time he saw his friend was when he dropped him off.  Lisi’s family said so far they are unable to find anyone who is able to verify that Lisi was in Michigan.

Two days after Knight returned home, Lisi’s mother received an envelope in the mail containing her son’s driver’s license.  It is believed that someone found it on a street in Hornell, New York, and mailed it to the address on the license.

Lisi was reported missing two days later on October 5^th.  His family said shortly thereafter, his Facebook page mysteriously disappeared.

On the day that Lisi was reported missing, Michigan police went to Knight’s home to interview him about Lisi’ disappearance and during the interview, Knight suffered “some sort of ailment” and he was taken to hospital.  Knight remained in the hospital for the unknown ailment until October 9.

On October 10, Knight updated his Facebook status with “Can someone send me some loveee, I just got out the hospital im at a low place but im getting better, I need someone to show me some lovee.”

Less than six hours after posting the update, Knight was found dead in his parents’ home of a drug overdose.

It is unclear whether Knight’s death was ruled as an accident or suicide.

Lisi’s family is desperate searching for him.  If you know of his whereabouts please contact the New York State Police at 607-776-6866.  There is a $2,500 reward for information leading to his whereabouts.

The little girl, Brittney Baxter, told a Bremen news reporter that she was in the toy aisle of the discounted chain store when a man, who was later identified as Thomas Woods, walked up to her and began talking to her.

Brittney said she told him that “I’m going to see what my mamma is doing” and as she was about to walk away, Woods grabbed her from behind and put his hand over her mouth to silence her.

Brave little Brittney began kicking and squirming her way free before Woods let her go.  He then ran of out the store and Brittney ran to her mother, Georgeann Baxter, who was in a different aisle.

Woods, of Austell, Georgia, quickly apprehended and charged with attempted kidnapping.

It is unclear whether Woods is aware that the incident was captured on CCTV, but he has denied the charges.
