Nineteen-year-old Amanda Garwood of Winthrop, was killed in a two care accident on I-95 in Augusta Maine last Saturday night.
According to a press statement released by a state spokesperson, twenty-five year old Tara Garmwell of Portland Maine was driving northbound lane on I-95 when her car crossed the median and overturned several times into the path of a second vehicle, which was driven by Garwood.
Garwood died immediately on the scene of the accident and Gamwell is being treated at Central Maine Medical Center for multiple injuries she suffered from the accident.
