Bertie and Jessie Wood are the oldest couple in the UK to get a divorce at the age of 98.
Shortly after the divorce was granted, Bertie passed away and his ex-wife was put in a nursing home.
The couple, who were married before to different people, married in 1972.
Jessie instigated the divorce in 2008.
