Beyonce and Jay-Z renting Bridge Hampton mansion for $400,000 for ONE MONTH

Beyonce and Jay-Z are shelling out $400,000 to rent this Bridge-Hampton mansion for ONE MONTH.

The 31,000sq-foot estate, which sits on 11 acres and comes with a two-bedroom apartment, is currently on the market for $43.5million.

The mansion, which took 18months to build, comes with a 2,800sq foot master suite, a two-lane bowling alley, virtual golf, skateboard half-pipe, a rock-climbing wall, a full bar,  and a recording studio.

If you think the owner, Joe Farrell, is getting this high price because of his superstar tenants then think again, because two years ago he rented it to Florida SINGLE mother, Cheryl Mercuris, for $500,000 for one month.

Mercuris owns a direct-marketing company.
