The body of 39-year-old Lisa Gustincic was pulled from the Mississippi River in Minneapolis last night.

Authorities received a phone call around 2:00pm from a witness who said that a dog was barking at an area in the frozen river that was opened.  She also stated that there was a pair of gloves and a cell phone but did not see anyone.

Sheriff’s divers searched the river for about four hour before finding the body around 8:00PM.  Cold weather, debris and ice made it difficult to locate Ms Gustincic.

An autopsy will plan for later this week.
