Carleton University student Adam Nicholas Boyko charged with child pornography

A New Jersey teenager attending college in Canada was arrested and charged with possessing child pornography.

Nineteen-year-old Adam Nicholas Boyko, from Cranford, N.J., was arrested on Wednesday after police found child pornography on his laptop.

It is believed that someone had notified Ottawa police Internet child exploitation unit that the Carleton University student was in possession of the images.

The teenager is scheduled to appear in court sometime today.
