New York Cat Woman is being sued by a production company for backing out of a reality show and not returning any of the $25,000 that she and her partner received as an upfront payment for being on the show.

In papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, Transparent Television says it struck a deal with Jocelyn Wildenstein, the millionaires whose looks have been ravaged by innumerable plastic surgeries aimed at making her look like a cat, back in 2007 to appear in a docu-series with her boyfriend, Lloyd Klein, called “The Glamorous World of Lloyd and Jocelyn.”

The company says they paid Wildenstein and Klein $25,000 of the $100,000 upfront and asked the couple to be available for about 15days of shooting.

“Despite repeated attempts by Transparent TV’s executives to schedule filming with the defendants from January 2008 to May 2008, the defendants continually made unjustified and meritless excuses and refused to make themselves available,” the suit says.

The lawsuit went on to say that “the couple made themselves completely unavailable” causing the production company “substantial damages.”

Transparent TV accused the pair of fraud and is seeking more than $700,000 in damages for their “criminal conduct.”

Wildenstein, who claims to socialize with A-list movie stars, came into millions after divorcing her billionaire husband Alec Wildenstein in 1997.

We all hope this show was going to be aired on the Animal Channel!
