Authorities say Ingham Scarder and his mother, Alfonette, were arguing inside their St. Paul’s Place apartment in Flatbush around 11:00 p.m. Wednesday, when the son pulled out a knife and stabbed his mother.

Neighbors called the police after hearing the disturbance coming from the apartment and when officers arrived they found the younger Scarder inside the home holding the murder weapon.

He was charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.

Alfonette Scarder was taken to Kings County Hospital, where she later died.

Neighbors say Ingham Scarder was diagnosed with a bipolar disorder.

Authorities did not say what the mother and son were arguing about.

The rep says the 41-year-old actress checked herself into Silver Hill psychiatric hospital in New Canaan, Connecticut, on Wednesday.

The actress is being treated for bipolar II disorder, which is not as severe as bipolar I.

Zeta-Jones is expected to stay in the hospital for five days.

It is believed the stress of her husband’s recent health, triggered the actress’ current mental stage.

Douglas, 66, had battled stage four throat cancer.  He recently announced on The Today show that he is now cancer free.

Zeta-Jones and Douglas have two young children together.

William “Bill” Parisio was arrested on Monday; one day after Pamela Schmidt’s badly beaten body was discovered in his mother’s basement.

Reports say Parisio, who took this semester off from school because of his struggles with drugs, was due to check into rehab this past Monday.  He had been staying at his mother’s home in Cranford, New Jersey.  Parisio’s mother is said to be the one who discovered Schmidt’s body in her basement Sunday afternoon.

Parisio, who was diagnosed with bipolar disorder at the age of 19, is being held at the Union County Jail on $400,000 bail.

Reports say Parisio had taken mephedrone, commonly referred to as bath salts, before he killed Schmidt.

Schmidt was expected to graduate from Rutgers this May with degrees in psychology and labor studies and a minor in human resource management. 

The couple had been dating for five years.

Relatives say Tasha Maria Smith may not even know her own name at this point since she hasn’t taken her medication for bipolar disorder, multiple personality disorder and schizophrenia.

Smith’s mother, Lindy, said her daughter “doesn’t know right from wrong in a lot of serious situations…Right now, she’s not only a danger to herself as she gets sicker, but she’s a danger to people around her.”

Although Smith has a history of disappearing, relatives say this is the first time she has been missing for more than a couple of days and without calling for father for either money or cigarettes.

Smith has been spotted in Toronto around Sherbourne and Dundas Streets.

Seventy-nine year old Willard Lueders told police his wife, Karen, bit his tongue off as leaned over to kiss her goodnight.

He told police shortly before the incident he and his 57-year-old wife were singing Christmas carols.

He said they went into the bathroom to get ready for bed and as he leaned over to kiss Karen, who was seated on the toilet, goodnight, she went into a “Manic state” and grabbed his genitals then bit his tongue off.

Lueders told police his wife had been acting oddly in the days preceding the incident.  He said she was speaking fast and talking about spiritual things.

A 57-year-old Wisconsin woman is accused of biting her seventy-nine year old husband’s tongue off while they were kissing.

Sheboygan Police responding to an emergency call around 11:00 p.m. Monday, found the elderly man’s wife outside singing Christmas carols.

Upon entering the home, police found the man, who had difficulty speaking, bleeding from the mouth.  He later told police his wife bit his tongue off when she went to kiss him goodnight.

The man was rushed to a local hospital then later transferred to a hospital in Milwaukee, where doctors tried to reattach his tongue.

Police say the man did not want his wife arrested, but they arrested her and charged her with mayhem and domestic violence.

Some reports say the woman also threw a cup of coffee at the officers while they were attempting to help her husband.

Alexander told Star Magazine that Spears is in an abusive relationship with her agent-turned-boyfriend, Jason Trawick, and she  confided in him that Trawick hits her. 

The infamous husband said Spears told him that Trawick had asked her to marry him and she said no, and one day he “hit her so hard it gave her a black eye.”

 He said Spears, who has two children with her second husband, Kevin Federline, told him that she was pregnant with Trawick’s child earlier this year.  Alexander did not say what happened with that pregnancy.

Alexander is said to have provided the magazine with a recording of a conversation between himself and the singer.  In the recording, a voice, which sounds like Spears, said Trawick “beat on me.”  The female voice also said that her father was aware of it and he was so angry that he had “a shotgun and [was] just waiting to use it.”

Alexander insists that since his divorce to Spears in 2004, Spears had been reaching out to him with text messages, emails and phone calls.

Opinion

Britney Spears is bi-polar, I do not know whether Jason Trawick did indeed beat on her, but, what I do know from personal experience is that people who are bi-polar tend to make up stories that are NOT true.  In their head they believe it to be the truth, but in reality, it is not.

If Trawick is indeed beating on her, then he should be arrested, but until this is proven, people should be careful about judging the man.

To Jason Alexander, shame on you for going to Star Magazine instead of the police.

Authorities say about 20 minutes before Delta Flight 6572 began to descent into JFK Saturday night the woman, who is emotionally disturbed, began to take her clothes off.

Fellow passengers said when flight attendants tried to cover the woman, who is believed to be in her 20s; with a blanket she started screaming “No! No! No!”

Police were waiting for the woman at the gate and as soon as the plane landed they escorted her to Jamaica Hospital in Queens.

She is not expected to face criminal charges.
