Kendall Stewardson gave birth to her healthy baby boy, Asher, last Thursday at Mercy Medical Center.

Stewardson, who endured six hours of labor, said she and her husband, Joshua, wanted to avoid cesarean delivery because it would not have been good for Asher.

Asher, who measured at 23 ½ inches long at birth, is not the first miracle child for Kendall Stewardson and her husband.

Fifteen months ago, Stewardson gave birth to a 12lbs boy named Judah.

Medical officials say only a tenth of 1 percent of all newborns weigh more than 11lbs at birth.

Ron Howard announced the birth of his second grandchild on Twitter Saturday evening saying “Bryce & Baby B are spectacular Daddy Seth & brother Theo are beaming ear to ear J”

The proud grandfather said Beatrice was born 8lbs 6oz.

Well, did she or didn’t she?

Rumor has it that Beyoncé gave birth to a baby girl named Tiana May Carter at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital in New York City.

This rumor was started by MediaTakeout, the same people who started the malicious rumors that Beyoncé’s baby bump was not real.

Neither Beyoncé nor Jay Z has confirmed the rumor.

Doctors believe that the baby’s obesity is due to his 40-year-old mother’s untreated gestational diabetes. 

It is believed that the mother, who has a total of 14 children, including the overweight newborn which she named Jihad, was aware of her medical condition, but insisted on eating foods that are high in sugar.

Doctors had advised her to go under the knife because of the high risks involved with such a large baby, but she insisted on natural birth and delivered the baby on Wednesday at Berlin’s Charite Hospital.

The lady, who has not been publicly named, has ten sons and four daughters, of which four are overweight.

The 41-year-old actress and her basketball husband welcomed their first child together over the weekend.

Kez Sunday Udoka was born last Sunday.  Long has an older son, Massai, from a different relationship.

Reports say as Amber Miller, who was 39 weeks pregnant, got close to the finish line her contractions kicked in, but she continued with the race, half running, and half walking.

Six hours and twenty-five minutes after she started the race, the mother-of-one stopped for a quick bite to eat then she and her husband, who was also running in the marathon, drove to Central DuPage Hospital, where she delivered her daughter, June Audra.

Reports say Miller, who had run the Wisconsin Marathon earlier this year when she was four months pregnant, had gotten permission from her doctor to do the race.

Miller said she had signed up for the race two days before she found out she was pregnant.

Doctors say mother and daughter are doing great.

Marni Kotak plans to turn Bushwick’s Microscope Gallery into her “birthing room” for the exhibit which she is calling “The Birth of Baby X.”

Kotak, who is due in the next few weeks, told a local reporter that she hopes “people will see that human life itself is the most profound work of art….and giving birth [is] the greatest expression of life [and] the highest form of art.”

“I have decided to do this because I want to show people that, as in my previous performances, real life is the best performance.”

Kotak, who has re-enacted stage performance of her own birth, her grandfather’s funeral and losing her virginity, said she is a bit nervous about giving birth and having a child.

The exhibition starts today and will go until Kotak gives birth.

Charinez Jefferson was killed Tuesday night when a gunman got out of a vehicle and ran up to her and some friends as she walked to a local supermarket.

Jefferson, who was six months pregnant, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Doctors, who were able to deliver the baby boy, said it is likely that the child, who lost some oxygen, will have health issues, if he survives.  As of press time the child was listed in critical condition.

 The newborn is Jefferson second son, her older son is 16-months.

Alba, 30, gave birth on Saturday to a healthy baby girl named Haven Garner Warren. 

The couple made the announcement via Facebook hours after the birth.

Alba, Warren, Haven and older sister Honor are all doing well.

It’s been reported that there was some complication with the delivery, but mother and son are now doing well.

Last month Hill’s ex, Rohan Marley, who is the father of her five other children, eluded that he was not the father of the 36-year-old singer’s newborn.

During a Twitter exchange with a reporter from the Houston Chronicle, Marley was asked “So we are clear…1) you are not married to your ex-wife or Lauryn, and 2) She isn’t preggo w/you child, but someone else’s?”  Marley replied, “This is correct until I say out of my mouth to the contrary.”

Marley, who is the son of the late Reggae singer, Bob Marley, left Hill for Brazilian model Isabeli Fontana.

In addition to his five other children with Hill, Marley has two other children with his ex-wife.

No word as to whose name is listed as the child’s father on the birth certificate.
