The complaints said that the children were involved in sex acts under their desks at PS 189 on Amsterdam Avenue from September last until January of this year.

The claim says that four to seven children were involved in the incident, where classmates “pulled down their pants” and fondled and kissed a five-year-old girl’s body parts and the girl, whom school officials believed was the instigator, was “instructed to do likewise to them, which she did.”

The claims also said that the disturbing behavior continued after the teacher and school Principal Theresa Luger became aware of the incident; however, officials at the Washington Heights school waited until early January to notify the parents.

The mother of the five-year-old girl said that school officials told her that her daughter encouraged the other children to touch her.

The mother she said was called into the school for a meeting on January 3^rd, where she was told that the children “were exposing themselves and showing their body parts to each other.”  She said she was also told that the children were kissing and touching each other.

The mother, who recently transferred her daughter to a school in New Jersey, said she was told that “the teacher had her back to the children” when the incidents occurred.

The family of the five year old girl along with the family of a boy filed a complaint last week each seeking $5 million in damages.

The family of the five-year-old boy said their son told them about the incident last October and they reported it to the school.

John Goodman, whose family founded the Polo Club Palm Beach, was concerned that he would lose some of his wealth from his drunken driving accident in 2010 that killed 23-year-old Scott Wilson, so he adopted his girlfriend Heather Laruso Hutchins in late 2011.

According to the police report, a heavily intoxicated Goodman had ran a stop sign on February 10, 2010 while driving in Wellington, Florida. Goodman’s Bentley convertible collided with Wilson’s Hyundai sending it into a canal, where the University of Central Florida graduate drowned.

At the time of the accident, Goodman’s blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit.

Goodman got the idea to adopt Hutchins after a circuit judge ruled that Wilson’s parents, who filed a wrongful death lawsuit against him for an undisclosed amount, could not touch any of the $200 million he had placed in a trust fund for his two biological children.

In October 2011, Goodman adopted Hutchins and transferred a third of his wealth to his adopted daughter/lover, whom he had been dating since 2009.

A trial for the criminal charges against Goodman, who was charged with DUI manslaughter, vehicular homicide, and leaving the scene of an accident, is set to start on March 6.  The civil lawsuit against him will start that same month on the 27.

What a slimeball….I hope Hutchins leave you for a much younger man and take the hundreds of millions  of dollars that you put in trust for  her.  And I hope the Florida judge assigned to your criminal case pass down the maximum sentence of 30 years in prison after a jury finds you guilty.

In his lawsuit which was filed this week in Brooklyn federal court, Deon Davis claims that the DA’s office knew that Officer Ronald Martiny had given “mistaken” testimony in his 2007 firearms arrest, but waited four years to notify the defense.

The lawsuit stems from Davis’ 2007 arrest when Officer Martiny claimed that Davis pulled a loaded gun on him then laid it on the ground before fleeing through a fence near the corner of 153^rd Street and 109^th Road in Jamaica.

Months after the incident, it was discovered that the fence was too narrow for anyone, in particular Davis to squeeze through it.

The lawsuit claims that the DA’s office found out about the fence being too small in 2008, but it wasn’t until his trial began in November 2011, while being cross examined by the defense that Martiny corrected his testimony saying that Davis fled between two buildings.

One month later a jury acquitted Davis.

Davis said when he was arrested in 2007 he lost his job and has not been able to find another one.

Disgraced Officer Michael Daragjati admitted in court that he misused his authority as a police to intentionally violate the man’s civil rights after he became angry with the victim after the two exchanged words on a Staten Island street last April.

“I charged an individual…knowing that no probable cause existed to support the charge,” Daragjati told the Brooklyn federal court judge.

As part of his plea agreement the 32-year-old officer also agree to resign from the NYPD and to never seek another job in law enforcement.

Authorities say Daragjati, who was on plainclothes patrol at the time of the incident in April 2011, stopped the black man without probable cause and when the victim questioned why he was being stopped the Caucasian officer arrested him.

After the arrest, the FBI, who was already investigating Daragjati on extortion charges related to his snowplowing business, overheard the officer talking about how he arrested a Nig..r on trumped up charges.

The officer is facing about five years in prison when he is sentenced.

Daragjati also pleaded guilty on the extortion charges related to his snowplowing business.

Andre Davis was arrested after the mother of his two children found the medical results for his HIV tests and passed it on to women she knew he was having affairs with.

Davis, who wrestled under the names Gangsta of Love and Sweet Sexy Sensation, was convicted in November on 14 counts of felonious assaults.

When he was sentenced in a Hamilton County courthouse on Monday Davis said he did not tell the women, which is believed to be more than a dozen, he was HIV-position because she didn’t want his family to find out.  He also told the judge that he was a “sex addict” and his addiction grew worse when he lost his dream of becoming a professional wrestler after getting the HIV test results.

In July 2009, the World Wrestling Entertainment told Davis that they would not hire him because he failed his physical and tested positive for HIV.

Matthew Walker, who worked at the university’s Center for Social Research, pleaded guilty to first-degree assault over a July 2011 incident involving his son and his son’s mother.

During his sentencing on Friday, Judge Joan Alexander said it was “probably one of the most difficult decisions I’ve had to make.”

On July 10, 2011, Walker, a 2005 University of Hartford graduate with no prior criminal record, went to the home where his 3-year-old son lived with his mother and found them outside on the front porch.

It is unclear what happened next, but Walker ran inside and stabbed a man, who his child’s mother had been dating.

The man survived his injuries but Walker was arrested.

Walker, who was very remorseful, told Judge Alexander that “what happened should not have happened. I wish things could have happened differently, because I am not that guy.”

Authorities say the teenager, who cannot be named because of his age, knocked on the victim’s door in November 12, 2011, and asked her if he can come in to talk to her about the war.

While inside the Oxfordshire home, the teenager raped the woman.

He was sentenced to two years, minus the 65 days he already served in custody.

The man admitted to one count of rape in November 2011.

Katherine Modzinski said when she took her then 7-year-old son Adam to see Dr. Judy Huang-Bulger at Vernon Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine in 2009; she was told that Adam had an ear infection.

In court documents filed this month, Modzinski said Dr. Huang-Bulger failed to recognize that her son had life-threatening bacterial meningitis, an inflammation of the membranes that cover the brain and spinal cord, and as a result of the bacterial infection, he was left blind.

Joel Faxon, who is representing the Modzinski’s, said “The doctor blew off basically the severe headache that Adam had.  That delay in treatment caused the meningitis to worsen, the brain infection to worsen and now Adam is blind.”

According to the four-page complaint that was filed in Superior Court in Hartford on January 9, Adam fell ill in October 2009 and his mother immediately brought him to Dr. Huang-Bulger’s office.

Despite several visits to the doctor’s office, Adam’s condition worsened.

The document said on November 2, 2009, Katherine Modzinski called the doctor’s office complaining that she was not satisfied with the diagnosis and she was told by the receptionist that there was “nothing else they could do.”

On the night of November 3, 2009, Adam was found unresponsive at home.  He was rushed to Rockville General Hospital and then airlifted to Connecticut Children’s Medical Center in Hartford, where he lay in a coma before he was diagnosed with bacterial meningitis.

When he awoke several weeks later, Adam was blind.

Dr. Huang-Bulger’s attorney, James Rosenblum, said the last time his client saw Adam he was in “acute distress” from a headache, which made it difficult for the doctor to perform a neurological exam.

Details of the case that Dr. Frank Evangelista is accused of giving false information about have been impounded and set aside from public scrutiny under Massachusetts law.

Dr. Evangelista, who testified in several high-profile murder cases in both Connecticut and Massachusetts, has been charged with perjury.

The forensic pathologist, who earns over $190,000 a year, testified in the 2010 trial of murdered Greenwich real estate mogul Andrew Kissel.

Dr. Evangelista is a graduation of Georgetown University School of Medicine and he is board-certified in forensic pathology, anatomic pathology and clinical pathology.

He was hired by the state of Connecticut in October 2004.

Uthayakanthan Thirunavukkarasu, also known as Max or Mano, pleaded guilty on Friday to participating in a criminal organization, proceeds of crime, criminal negligence causing bodily harm and fraud.

He is scheduled to be sentenced in March.

Authorities say in 2007, Thirunavukkaras, of Scarborough, purchased wrecked vehicles from salvage yards that had been written off and gave them to cohorts who crashed them into each other on city streets.

Insurance companies paid $1.5 million to replaced the cars and provide medical benefits to 46 people, who received medical reports from health professionals that Thirunavukkarasu worked with, claiming they were injured.

Canada has a $1.3 billion a year Insurance fraud problem.
