Radar Online obtained the legal documents that were filed by Mary’s manager Michael Sanchez, of Axis Management.

Michael claims that from 2006-2010 he was forced to cover up Mary’s “desperate cocaine-fueled nymphomaniac” ways and he wants a judge to award him $1million for unpaid commission and damages.

The manager accuses Mary of some series offenses.  He said in 2009 security had to break down her apartment door when she became “unresponsive” following a “cocaine-fueled evening of partying.”

He describes another incident where he and another person found Mary in a Sydney, Australia, hotel room “high on drugs in bed with a So You Think You Can Dance producer, with cocaine on the nightstand.”

He also accuses her of bedding crew members from her show, the Chelsea Lately show, a drug dealer and a married U.S. Naval officer she met online.

In addition, Michael said Mary once demanded that producers giver her alcohol disguised in a Coke cup to drink during a taping of the reality show.  And, he said Mary “secretly” coached and worked with So You Think You Can Dance contestants behind the scene, violating FOX TV rules and U.S. game show fixing laws.

These are some serious allegations, I just hope he can back them up.

Poor Usher, his personal life is now all over the streets.

Today in court, Tameka’s attorney asked him if he ever had sex with Maya Fox Davis who was one of Tameka’s bridesmaids.

Tameka needs to crawl back under that ghetto rock she came from.  Usher made her somebody and now she’s ruining his name.

Trial is in recess until July.

During cross examination in an Atlanta courtroom on Monday, Usher broke down when he was asked about preferring to party rather than being with his sons.

The lawyer representing his ex-wife wife Tameka Foster showed the singer pictures of him partying in Europe earlier this year and when he was asked if he prefers to party rather than being with his children, Usher began crying.

Usher was also asked about using drugs and he admitted to smoking pot but denied using anything else.

The singer is fighting his ex in court for more custody of his children.

During a child custody hearing today, Usher told the judge that his ex, Tameka Foster, flew into a jealous rage on day hitting him and throwing food at him….he also said Tameka spit on his girlfriend.

While he was being questioned by his attorney, Usher said he went to Tameka’s house with his girlfriend to pick up the kids and Tameka came outside and walked over to the side of his car, where his girlfriend was seated and told her “I’m gonna kick your ass.  Bitch get out of the car.  How dare you bring this woman into my subdivision in my house?”

He said Tameka opened the door and tried to hit his girlfriend but he blocked her, but not before spitting on his girlfriend.

Usher said as he was pulling out of the driveway, Tameka threw a plate of food at him.

Ghetto, ghetto!!

A little after 11:00 a.m. Friday court marshals and local police officers evacuated everyone inside the Hoyt Street building.

Authorities found a suspicious package outside the building in a garbage can.  The package was removed and taken to a bomb squad truck.

The bag’s content was not available at press time.

It’s not immediately known whether the bomb scare was connected to suspect Frank Douglas, who was scheduled to be arraigned around noon time.

Thirty-year-old Douglas, of Norwalk, was arrested  Thursday on robbery and other charges.

Stamford police Officer Troy Strauser was critically injured after falling from the Fairfield Avenue overpass near exit 14 on I-95 early Thursday morning while pursuing Douglas.

As of Friday, Officer Strauser, a six year veteran, had undergone three surgeries.

Steven Hopler, of Rockaway, had his guns confiscated in 2008 after he accidentally shot himself in the leg.

Police were called to Hopler’s home in New Jersey after he shot himself in the shin while cleaning one of his guns.  Although Hopler’s had permits for all of his weapons, officers confiscated them because they felt it was unsafe for a blind person to own guns.

A Morris County prosecutor had asked Judge Thomas Manahan to revoke Hopler’s firearm ID card and seize all of his weapons, arguing that Hopler, who lost his sight as a result of diabetes in 1991, was also an alcoholic.

Hopler’s lawyer, Gregg Trautmann, said other than this incident his client had safely handled guns since he was a child.

Trautmann said police had singled his client out because of his disability.  He said the case was less about the gun and more about basic freedoms.

Hopler testified last month to drinking no more than two beers a day.

Judge Manahan ruled on Friday that Hopler, who completed an NRA Home Safety Course, is well-versed in how to handle firearm.

This is not the first time that the actor is being accused of inappropriate behavior with other men.  This is something that has been going around Hollywood for years.  It’s also been rumored for some time that the actor was forced to have sex with male Hollywood executives during his “Welcome back Kotter” and “Saturday Night Fever” days.  However, this is the first time that someone has filed charges against him.

The latest masseur to come forward is a former employee at the posh Peninsula Hotel in Manhattan.

Michael Caputo said the Pulp Fiction star was barred from the rooftop spa after several male staffers complained that the actor would grind against the massage table, lift his towel and lift his butt in the air during his massages.

Fifty-five year old Caputo said John “would always request a man for his massage, but after a while no one would take him because of his inappropriate behavior.”

“It got to the point where they couldn’t find any men to take him, and they had to ban him,” Caputo, who is known as Magic Mike, said.

Caputo said John was banned for three years and immediately after the ban was lifted John returned with his same old antics.

The first masseur to accused John of inappropriate behavior had initially said the incident occurred in California on January 16, 2012, but he later changed the date after TMZ released video footage of the actor in New York City.

He has since said he had the dates mixed up and can prove that John made sexual advances towards him.

This week, a masseur who doesn’t know Caputo or John’s first accuser, said John accosted him in 2009 while he was working on the Royal Caribbean cruise ship.

Fabian Zanzi said he was in charge of VIP guests while working with cruise liner when John offered him $12,000 to have sex with him.

Zanzi said he refused the offer.

There are reports that another person is about to file charges against John, making it a total of four men.

At least two of the alleged victims are suing John for $2million.

After three days of deliberations a Chicago jury found 31-year-old Balfour guilty in the deaths of Darnell Donerson, Jason Hudson and Julian King.

He was also convicted of home invasion and residential burglary.

Authorities said Balfour killed the singer’s family in 2008 because he was jealous that Jennifer’s sister, Julia, had received balloons from a male friend.

Other than a $324,000 modest home that Gary bought in Santaquin, Utah, way before his death, Gary was broke when he died at the age of 42 in May 2010.

Shannon and Anna appeared in Fourth District Court in Utah Monday fighting over what pennies are left in the late actor’s estate.

Shannon, who divorced Gary in 2008, says she is entitled to future earnings from the “Diff’rent Strokes” star’s image and likeness because although they were divorced the two lived together and presented themselves to the public as man and wife until his death on May 28, 2010.

Anna on the other hand, says Gary named her the beneficiary and executor of his estate in 2005, while she was managing his affairs.

During Monday’s hearing, Anna, who is representing herself , asked Shannon why her name was not on the deed to Gary’s home and Shannon said it was removed because it was part of her divorce condition.

Shannon, who was until recently receiving Gary’s Society Security benefits, met the late actor in 2005.  They were married on August 28, 2007.

Come on people, let the poor man rest.  He had no peace when he was alive; give him some peace in his death.

The incident occurred around 4:00 a.m. Monday at a home on Staten Island.

Police responding to a domestic dispute call at a home on Moffett Street found a female state court officer suffering from a stab wound to the neck.

A male suspect, who is also a state court officer, was arrested at the scene.

An update on the victim’s condition was not immediately available.

Sean Patterson, a former president at Wilhelmina Models, said CEO Mark Schwarz fired him in February after he refused to get him a date with the singer.

Patterson, who is a personal friend of Fergie, said Schwarz pressured him “to bring Fergie to his home in Aspen for dinner because he wanted to take Fergie out to the hot clubs.”

The former president said Schwarz became infuriated when he refused to set him up with the singer and when his contract expired in February Schwarz refused to resign him despite the company enjoying some of its most profitable years with him at the helm.

Patterson is suing for $2million for breach of contract and defamation.

Fergie is currently signed with Wilhelmina.

During a jury selection hearing at state Superior Court in Norwalk on Thursday, a judge rescheduled Teri’s case for mid-September in order to accommodate other trials and the judges’ vacations.

The case was initially scheduled to start later this month.

Thirty-nine year old Teri, who was fired from the Greenwich Time, is accused of harassing her ex-boyfriend’s 17-year-old daughter by posting sections of the teenager’s private journal on Facebook.

In 2010, Teri, of New Canaan, was charged with second-degree harassment, second-degree breach of peace and interfering with police investigation.

Rumor has it that Teri was fired from Greenwich Time newspaper because of an article she wrote about WGCH owner Michael Metter.
