An actor who was arrested two years ago for hitting a NYC police officer during a melee, pleaded guilty today to a misdemeanor charge.

Actor Nathaniel Marston, who played Dr. Michael McBain on the ABC soap opera “One Life to Live,” pleaded guilty to assaulting an officer in 2007, in a bizarre fight.

According to the 34-year-old actor, in October 2007, he got into a physical altercation with three taxi drivers after one driver accidentally drove into him.

The actor then accidentally hit the officer, who accused the former boxer of being on cocaine, an accusation which eventually led to the actor getting fired from the popular daytime show.

Marston, who will not serve any jail time in the bizarre incident, said although the cocaine accusations were never substantiated the accusation has made it difficult for him to obtain work.

The 57-year-old actor recently told a UK TV host that he once had sex with 14 women in one night.

The actor, who received an award for “The Wrestler” said before he met his current girlfriend Anastassifja Makerenki, he had a marathon night of love making in London.

The actor told WAG and Wedding TV host Lizzie Cindy that “British footballers have got nothing on us [Hollywood actors] when it comes to women.  If you WAGs knew what Hollywood stars get up to you’d think you were married to pussycats.”

Rourke failed to tell the host if all 14 women were real or a figment of his imagination.

WAGS is a British term for wives and girlfriends of football players.

Fire your manager or lose me? Was the alternative that rapper Wyclef Jean allegedly got from his wife Marie Claudinette after she allegedly found naked pictures of his manager Lisa Ellis on his cell phone.

According to reports, “Claudinette flew into a jealous rage” after discovering her Grammy-winning husband had the nude pictures in his possession. Assuming that the two were having an affair, she allegedly told Ellis to stay away from her husband then embarrassed her by emailing “the pictures to a number of people in the music business.”

Ellis’ side of the story is that photographer Mark Baptiste took a portrait of her back in December 2008 for an art book. According to the manager, the pictures were “tastefully done” but someone leaked them.

Ellis, who abruptly “resigned” as Jean’s manager three weeks ago, said her decision to leave had nothing to do with the pictures. She said she resigned because the 37-year-old rapper had stopped “listening to her advice.”

Jean and Claudinett, who is a fashion designer, were married in 1994.  The couple have a daughter together.

Simon said the target of her song was David Geffen, the former head of her record label at the time.

Over the years, many people, including myself, thought Simon was referring to Warren Beatty.  But this week, Simon said back then, she was annoyed that Geffen was spending too much time with Joni Mitchell.

Houston appearance last night in Australia left fans asking, “Where is the Whitney from 1988?” which was the last time she performed down-under.

According to fans, Houston sounded “croaky and appeared disoriented,” and after six sounds she left the stage for 20 minutes to catch her breath while her brother took over the stage.

One fan who was interviewed on Australian TV said “It was a disgrace.  She can’t sing.  She didn’t sing one song properly.”

Another fan said, “She couldn’t entertain a dead rat, to be honest.”

The National Enquirer claims that Houston, 46, has relapsed and had recently collapsed due to a drug and alcohol binge.

“As I was writing the book, I thought, this word, it kept sitting wrong with me, but I used it for lack of a better word, and since then I’ve been schooled by thousands of incest survivors all across the world that there really is no such thing as consensual incest due to the inherent power a parent has over a child,” Phillips said.

In her 2009 memoire “High on Arrival,” the 49-year-old former child star claimed to have had a consensual sexual relationship with her father, John Phillips, the founder of the Mamas and the Papas.

She wrote about having sex with her father the night before she wed her first husband.

“On the eve of my wedding, my father showed up, determined to stop it,” the actress wrote, “I had tons of pills, and Dad had tons of everything too. Eventually I passed out on Dad’s bed,” and like they say, the rest is history.

Phillips who can be seen on the VH1 reality show “Celebrity Rehab,” appeared on CNN Headline news with the show’s host Dr. Drew, who says Phillips’ relationship with her father could not have been consensual.

The doctor said the only way that Phillips though she could survive her father’s assaults was to say, “I’m creating it, I have some power in this, I am consenting to it.”

Dr. Drew said in a situation like the Phillips’ the relationship that the parent had with the child made consent “actually impossible.”

Yesterday in a California courtroom, a Swedish rapper was convicted of killing a man after the stranger tapped on his SUV.

A Los Angeles jury found David Moses Jassy, aka Dave Monopoly guilty of assault and battery for a 2008 incident that left a pedestrian dead.

Prosecutors say in November 2008, the thirty-five year old rapper punched Los Angeles activist John Osnes because the man tapped on the hood of his rented vehicle after Jassey stopped it inside a crosswalk.

Witnesses testified that Jassy got out of his vehicle and punched Osnes in the face before kicking him in the head and then running over him with his heavy vehicle.

Jassey, who was acquitted of assaulted with a deadly weapon, could face 15 years in prison when he is sentenced.

Miss Virginia Caressa Cameron was crowned Miss America 2010 in Las Vegas Saturday night.

The 22-year-old broadcast journalism student from Fredericksburg, VA, beat out 52 other contestants to win the coveted title and a $50,000 scholarship.

Cameron is a broadcast journalism student at Virginia Commonwealth University with goals of becoming a news anchor.
