One of the women told police she was being examined by Dr. Edwin A. Njoku on October 22, 2011, in his office at Christus Medical Group, when he “forcefully had sexual intercourse with her against her will.”

The victim also told police that the 52-year-old doctor had previously assaulted her in his office located at 589 Burnside Avenue, but the sexual attack was less serious.

Authorities say after the woman filed a complaint with police, Njoku contacted her in a bid to get her to withdraw her complaint.

While police were investigating the doctor they learned that other patients were victimized in a similar manner.

Police Lt. Curt Stoldt said his department received an overwhelming amount of complaints that detectives are just taking the victims’ basic information and promising to get back to them.

Dr. Njoku was charged with first-degree sexual assault, two counts of fourth-degree sexual assault, bribing a witness and first-degree unlawful restraint.

Dr. Njoku, who has offices in Windsor, Hartford and East Hartford, remains jailed and is to be arraigned in Superior Court in Manchester on Wednesday.

Staff on the Spanish talk show “Cristina” was forced to call Miami finest last night after a fight between guests and studio audience broke out on stage.

Host Cristina was interviewing Corey Eubank, one of the men who is accused of disfiguring women by injection cement and super glue into their behinds to enhance their buttocks, when a family member of one of his victims’ confronted him.

The woman then leapt onto the stage then took a swing at Eubank with a needle.

The incident went down around 9:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Dural Studio in Miami.

Forty-year-old Eubank, who was arrested last November, appeared on the show attempting to clear his name.

Victims accused Eubank of assisting Oneal Ron Morris, who is actually the mastermind behind the whole cement injection surgery.

While on stage with one of the victims’, Shaquanda Brown, Brown’s mother ran up on stage and took a swing at Eubank with a syringe, which was to be used for a demonstration later in the show, and tried to stab Eubank.

Miami police were called in to control the rowdy crowd.

Morris and Eubanks were charged with practicing healthcare without a license.  They are currently out on bail.

It is unclear whether police arrested anyone in last night’s incident.

Andre Davis was arrested after the mother of his two children found the medical results for his HIV tests and passed it on to women she knew he was having affairs with.

Davis, who wrestled under the names Gangsta of Love and Sweet Sexy Sensation, was convicted in November on 14 counts of felonious assaults.

When he was sentenced in a Hamilton County courthouse on Monday Davis said he did not tell the women, which is believed to be more than a dozen, he was HIV-position because she didn’t want his family to find out.  He also told the judge that he was a “sex addict” and his addiction grew worse when he lost his dream of becoming a professional wrestler after getting the HIV test results.

In July 2009, the World Wrestling Entertainment told Davis that they would not hire him because he failed his physical and tested positive for HIV.

A 27-year-old British woman says she was born with two vaginas and doctors say it’s possible.

During an interview on British television this week, Hazel Jones said during puberty she suffered from severe cramps and heavy periods and doctors were unable to tell him why. 

She said it was not until after turning 18 that doctors discovered she had a one-in-million condition called uterus didelphys, which means she has two separate uteruses and two cervixes…..TWO VAGINAS.

“Once I found out what it was I told everybody….it is definitely an ice-breaker at parties,” she told ITV’s This Morning hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield.

Jones, who is now married, said when she was dating she was told by men that she was “different” in the genital area.

Jones said growing up she thought she had “cystitis and urine infections” because she was “tearing the middle septum” but it wasn’t until she asked a friend which “hole” she should put her tampon in, and the friend thought she was referring to her anus that she decided to seek help.

Her doctor, Dawn Harper, who accompanied her on the show said “when developing in the womb girls start with two tubes.  These fuse and the septum breaks down and forms one uterus.  In around one in 3,000 cases the septum stays within the uterus but to actually have two separate uteruses is much rarer.”

Jones, who says she finds sex to be very uncomfortable, has refused to have surgery saying it could leave “significant scar tissue.”

Jones says she is willing to show her two vaginas to woman “because it is nothing that she is embarrassed about.” Sorry men she is not willing to give you a look.

Authorities had originally charged Victorino Chua with tampering with medical records at Stepping Hill Hospital, but those charges were upgraded to murder on Thursday.

It is allegedly that between June 1 and July 15, 2011, Chua deliberately contaminated products at the hospital.  Authorities say during their investigation Chua altered medical forms that indicated he had given a patient extra medicine.

Authorities believe a total of 21 patients were given the contaminated saline, including three patients, Tracey Arden, Arnold Lancaster and Derek Weaver, who died last summer.

A fourth patient, Bill Dickson, who died New Year’s Eve, is also believed to have been given the contaminated medication.

Chua is charged with 18 counts of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.

Heart surgeon Dr. Luis Bonilla and procurement technician David Hines were traveling from the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida, to Shands at University of Florida in Gainesville, when the helicopter crashed about 12 miles northeast of Palatka around 5:45 a.m. Monday.

Bonilla, Hines and the pilot, who has not yet been identified, were killed in the accident.

Doctors were unable to use the heart, which was being transported, because its viability had expired.  The patient who had been scheduled to receive it was put back on the waiting list for a new heart.

Records show that the helicopter was a two-bladed Bell 206, owned by Sk Jets in St. Augustine, Florida.

The accident is being investigated by the Federal Aviation Administration.

Reports say Maria de Nazare did not have any ultrasounds exams during her pregnancy and found out about her son’s condition right before giving birth at a hospital in Anajas on Monday.

The boy, which she gave two names, Emanuel and Jesus, were born weighing 9.9lbs via caesarean.

Doctors say although the boy has two brains and two spines he has only one heart, liver, pelvis and lungs.

Doctors say the two heads is a result of “a delay in the division of the egg.”

Kasia Rivera is accused of injecting Justin Street’s penis with the silicone, which is often used to enlarge buttocks, on May 5 at her East Orange home.

Street died a day after he received the injection from a silicone embolism. 

Rivera, who was arrested yesterday, was charged with manslaughter and the unauthorized practice of medicine.

The lawsuit was filed on Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Philadelphia.

Officials at the residential institution for disadvantage students acknowledged that the honor-roll student was denied admission because of his medical condition.  They said they believed it was necessary to protect the health and safety of the 1,800 plus students who are enrolled at the school.

“In order to protect our children in this unique environment, we cannot accommodate the needs of students with chronic communicable diseases that pose a direct threat to t he health and safety of others,” the school said in a statement on Thursday.

Ronda Goldfein, the lawyer representing the boy said her client, who is also an athlete, controls his HIV with medication that does not affect his school schedule.  She said he is “being denied an educational opportunity because of ignorance and fear about HIV and AIDS.

In 2008, Congress amended the Americans with Disabilities to reaffirm that HIV is a qualified disability entitled to accommodation by public and private schools.

School officials said prior to the non-profit organization filing the suit, they were preparing to seek a declaratory judgment from the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania on legal surrounding the case.

The school was founded in 1901 by chocolate make Milton Hershey for low-income and socially disadvantaged students for free.  It houses 1,859 students from pre-kindergarten to 12^th grade and students live in homes with 10 to 12 others.

The school is financed by the Milton Hershey School Trust, which holds the controlling interest in the Hershey Co.

Although I admire the school’s honesty, this is discrimination…..This might be a good time to start boycotting the Hershey Co.

Elsa Then, who was on trial for causing the death of Fiordaliza Picardo on March 16, 2009, was convicted on Thursday.

Pichardo’s daughter, Marinez Rodriguez, testified that she was present when Then injected the deadly silicone into her mother’s rear-end.

“She was injecting my mother and my mother was in pain,” Rodriguez told the court.  “She used a piece of Bounty paper with Krazy Glue to seal the injection side and she actually asked me to help.”

Rodriguez said Then told her that her mother’s smoking habit had killed her.

Authorities say forty-three year old Pichardo died of cardiac arrest the day after she was injected with the silicone.

Shortly after Pichardo’s death, Then fled to U.S. and returned to her native homeland the Dominican Republic.

Fifty-eight year old Then faces up to four years in prison when she is sentenced on December 12.
