It is believed People magazine paid Jessica $800,000 for the pictures, which by the way, is a lot less than what they paid Jennifer Lopez and Angelina Jolie.

It is understood that People paid Jennifer around $6 million for the first pictures of her twins and they paid Angelina around $11 million for her twins.

I don’t understand why publications pay for baby pictures and moreover, I don’t understand mothers who sell their babies pictures.

Beyonce and Jay Z did the classy thing by releasing the first photos of their daughter Blue Ivy themselves.

Going back to Jessica, there is also a rumor that she signed a $4million contract with Weight Watches.

During her years with Destiny’s Child, Kelly Rowland always came in second to Beyonce.

After the group broke up she struggled with her solo career and finally landed a spot as a judge on X Factor (UK).

Earlier this week, news broke that show creator and judge Simon Cowell was offering singer Britney Spears $15 million to be a judge on X Factor (US).  In addition, on Friday X Factor (UK) judge Gary Barlow received a big pay hiked from Simon.

Rumor has it that Kelly, who is only making $700,000, is refusing to sign a new contract unless she gets a big raise.

Word on the street is that Gary, who is not as big a star as Kelly, signed a $3.5 million contract.

It is likely that Simon will give her an increase because she brings a lot to the show, but the question is how much of an increase is Simon willing to give her….

The photographer took a picture of the incident and turned it over to the police.

Sources say it is likely that Pippa will be arrested over the incident.

On Tuesday, one of four male rejects will get an opportunity to join the top 24.  The four are: Jermaine Jones, Richie Law, Jonny Keyser and David Leathers.

Reports say the Santa Maria Police Department was investigating an officer on allegations of sexual misconduct against a minor.  It is believed that the officer was aware of the investigation and supervisors decided it was best to arrest him.

As officers were attempting to arrest the suspect, who was on-duty, there was a struggle and the suspected officer drew his weapon and fired at the arresting officer.  An officer fired back at the suspect hitting him once.

The wounded suspect was taken Marian Medical Center, where he later died.

The identities of those involved were not released.

A school’s security guard found the man on fire around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday on the second level of the P-9 parking garage on campus. 

It is believed that the man, who suffered burns on 90 percent of his body, committed suicide.

The man’s identity has not been released.  It is unclear whether he was a student at the school.

The couple introduced their 7lbs 2ozs daughter, Grace Hightower DeNiro, to the world on Friday.

The Duke of Edinburgh and the rest of the Royal family were at his wife’s country estate for Christmas at Sandringham, the monarch’s private Norfolk estate, when he became ill.

The Palace released a statement saying in part that The Duke was flown to Papworth Cardio Thoracic Center in Cambridge where he was treated for a blocked coronary artery.

This was treated successfully with a minimally invasive coronary stent and Philip will remain ‘under observation’ for a short period.

Authorities say James shaw of 10 Warren Street in Norwalk was walking in the northbound lanes of the highway Thursday night when he was struck by the vehicles.

The accident was witnessed by a police officer who was traveling on the connector at the time of the incident.

The officer said poor visibility on a rainy night made it difficult for the drivers to see Shaw.

The first motorist to hit Shaw was a driver from Danbury. The second was resident of Maryland.

It is unclear what Shaw was doing on the highway. Police said he did not have a car on the roadway.

Esmerida Morales wa arrested without incident at her Weeks Avenue apartment in the Bronx Thursday morning.

Brooklyn police responding to a 911 call of a man stabbed in a Prospecr-Lefferts Gardens apartment around 8:00 a.m. found 53-year-old already dead.

It is unclear who placed the emergency call, but residents in the building told police they saw Vargas’ ex- girlfriend leaving the building at the time the crime was committed.

She was arrested a short time later and charged with murder.

A motive for the crime was not given.
