David Boutin, 42, arrested after cop found him in sexual act with teenage boy

A 42-year-old Long Island, New York, man was arrested after a police officer searching for a stolen dirt bike busted him in the back of a vehicle with a 13-year-old boy he met on Craigslist for sex.

An officer searching for a stolen dirt bike on the utilities access road on Long Island Power Authority property in Shoreham just before 4:00 p.m. Friday, spotted David Boutin, of West Hempstead, involved in a sex act in the back seat of a blue 2010 Toyota Corolla with the boy.

The officer arrested Boutin and charged him with two counts of criminal sexual act.

Police are still investigating Bourin, who was arraigned today.
