Democrat Steven Lipski arrested for peeing on a crowd at a rock concert.

 Jersey City, NJ Councilman Steven Lipski was arrested for urinating on a crowd of people at a Washington D.C nightclub.

Last Friday night, Councilman Steven Lipski was caught relieving himself from the balcony of the 9:30 club onto a group of people below at a Grateful Dead tribute concert.

Councilman Lipski, 44 told friends last weekend that he spilled a drink over the balcony but he did not pee on the crowd.  In an interview with reporters, he said, “I’ve resolved not to touch alcohol again,” and called the experience deeply humiliating and very embarrassing.

I can only image all those concertgoers singing along then bam, a mouthful of pee, damn, that is nasty.  I say lock him up and throw away  the key
