A 17-year-old Bronx boy attending a party in Brooklyn over the weekend was stabbed to death during an impromptu football game.
Lehman High School student Edgar Soto and his mother, Juana, were in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn attending a friend’s birthday party when a group of revelers decided to play a game of football in the parking lot of a Key Food supermarket on Grand Street near the party location.
While in the parking lot around 11:30 p.m. Saturday, Soto and his friends were confronted by a group of boys and a fight erupted.
One of the boys stabbed Soto and he was rushed to Woodhull Medical Center where he later died.
Police said the suspects are still at large.
