The High Court ruled that Edward Davenport was not to film any more “porn disco” movies, have pole dance classes, sex parties and masquerade balls at his mansion.

The court was told that Davenport was having these events at his home on Portland Palace.

Westminster Council took legal actions against Davenport after neighbors complained that they were being disturbed to an “unacceptable degree.”

The council had won a temporary injunction against Davenport in January after claiming that the mansion was being used for commercial purposes without a permit.

It is believed that Davenport was charging $15 to patrons for the “porn disco” and about $135 for sex parties.

Davenport insisted that his home, which was once a former High Commission of Gambia and Sierra Leone, always held social events throughout its existence.

Authorities say Sgt. Simon Jenkinson was found hanged at his home by fellow officers.

The 31-year-old officer was arrested on Monday but was later released on bail.

Jenkinson had been suspended from duty while an investigation was being conducted.

Authorities say the officer was being investigated by the professional standards department relating to fraud allegations.

They did not say what the allegations were.

The victim was shot near Jane Street around 3:00 p.m. today, a few feet from where a Toronto garbage crew had been working.

Police say the victim, who was taken to Sunnybrook Hospital with life-threatening injuries, collapsed by the entrance of a townhouse complex parking lot on Brady Cres.

Anyone with information in today’s shooting is asked to call Crime Stoppers.

TMZ is reporting that Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi was arrested Friday afternoon for disorderly conduct by New Jersey police.

According to the website, Polizzi spent most of the day partying on the beach in Seaside Heights, where the hit reality TV show “Jersey Shore” is currently shooting its third season, partying with a beer bong.

Sources told the tabloid website that the 22-year-old reality star was also doing “body shots” at a local bar.

A friend of Snooki’s said she “didn’t hurt anyone or get in a fight, she just needs to be in a drunk tank for two hours.”

Again…..was this all part of the show or has fame gotten to this girl and she is heading down the same road as Brittney and Lindsay?

Montreal Police say 48-year-old Sylvain Maheu drove up to the teenager walking in the city’s east-end Hochelaga-Maisonneuve district and shot him several times.

The victim, who ran down an alley for shelter, was taken to a local hospital where he later died.

It is believed that the suspect was known to the victim

Maheu is believed to be armed and dangerous.

The teenage daughter of the famous actor allegedly told a reporter that she is hoping an adult movie would make her as famous as Kim Kardashian or Paris Hilton. 

“I am hoping the same magic will work for me,” the teenager said.  “I’ve watched how successful Kim Kardashian became and I think a lot of it was due to the release of her sex tape.”

Montana signed a contract with Vivid entertainment to shoot “Montana Fishburne”, which is scheduled to be release next month.

According to insiders, the hour long DVD will follow the teenager having sex in a car, hotel room and a public mall.

Don’t girl, don’t do it!

It is rumored that Johnston’s ex-girlfriend, Lanesia Garcia, is pregnant.

Garcia and Palin were one-time best friends and the coffee shop waitress dated Johnston for three years before Palin stole him away.

Garcia told a British tabloid that after Johnston and Palin ended their relationship, the 20-year-old unemployed father sent her a text message saying, “I miss you, I love you, I want to be with you again.”

She said they dated for a little while last year.

Johnston is believed to be one of three possible fathers.

Palin and Johnston have an 18-month-old child together.  After being apart for more than a year, they recently reconciled

Around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, the mid-country resident called police after watching the burglar run past him after being caught in the act.

According to reports, when the homeowner entered his residence he heard “footsteps” coming from the second floor of his home.

Once the burglar realized the homeowner was home, he ran down the stairs and bypassed the shocked man.

Police said there was no confrontation between the homeowner and the burglar.

It is unclear whether the homeowner was able to describe the burglar.

Enfield High School technology teacher Francis Hajosy was arrested on Tuesday over a June 9 incident where he allegedly spanked the student who had interrupted his class.

According to court documents, the student was sitting in the class with her feet up on a desk and Hajosy, 54, told her “You are not too big for me to put you over my knee and spank you.”

It is believed that the student, who has not been identified, then picked up a can of “spray glue” and sprayed it into the air. Hajosy asked her to stop, and she sprayed it a second time.  It is alleged that the teacher put his hands on her neck and shoulders and the student kicked him to get him to release her.

According to the affidavit, Hajosy then sat down next to the student, lifted her legs off the desk and spanked her twice.  The document says after the student asked him to stop the teacher spanked her two more times.

After an investigation, Hojosy, who has been suspended with pay, was arrested and charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and breach of peace.

Hajosy, who is released on $5,000 bail, is scheduled to appear in court on August 13.

Unless I am missing something in the report, this certainly does not sound like “sexual assault” to me.

 “It was a difficult decision to make,” DeGeneres said in a statement. “But my work schedule became more than I bargained for.  I also realized this season that while I love discovering, supporting and nurturing young talent, it was hard for me to judge people and sometimes hurt their feelings.”

DeGeneres said she notified the network a couple of months ago that she would not be returning to the show.

Rumor is that actor-singer-dancer Jennifer Lopez will replace DeGeneres.
