First pictures of Giuliana and Bill Rancic’s son Duke

Reality couple Giuliana and Bill Rancic has released the first public photos of their baby boy Duke.

Life & Style reportedly paid the couple an undisclosed sum of money for the photos.

Giuliana told the tabloid “I had always heard that when you have a baby it completes your life….and it’s true.  I love my baby, and I love my new role.”

Reports say both Giuliana and Bill were in the delivery room when Duke was born via surrogate last month and Bill cut the umbilical cord.

Giuliana was the first to hold baby Duke.
