Michael James Bryant has been charged with criminal negligence death and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death.
Around 5p.m. today, more than a dozen cyclist blocked traffic where Darcy Allan Sheppard, a father of three was killed chanting “murder.”

Former Ontario attorney general, Michael Bryant is being held in custody in the deadly crash that killed 33-year-old Darcy Allan Sheppard.
According to eyewitnesses, around 9:45 Monday night there was an altercation between the two men after a minor traffic incident.
Witnesses said Bryant was driving his black Saab recklessly brushing tress and hitting mailboxes.
In a bid to get the driver to stop, Sheppard grabbed on to the car and Bryant slammed the cyclist into a mailbox, which led to the death of the 18-year bike courier.
Toronto police spokesperson Sgt. Tim Burrow said, “The cyclist ended up on the side of the car, holding on, and the driver continued along, driving. I do not want to say why the driver did that, only the driver knows exactly why.”
Police said one of the several 911 calls they received was the Bryant, 43.
