Oh boy, looks like Star Jones is piling back on the pounds she took off with her 2003 gastric bypass surgery.

The 49-year-old former “View” co-host was photographed out and about in New York City looking closer to her pre-surgery self.

Rumor has it that Star gained about 37lbs in a matter of months shortly after her boyfriend moved from NYC to Las Vegas for work.
