A Georgia jury awarded $3million to the family of a 31-year-old man who died while having sex with two women.
William Martinez’s estate was originally seeking $5million in a medical malpractice case that claimed a cardiologist failed to warn him to stay away from physical activity.
Martinez’s wife, who was not one of the two women he was in bed with, claimed her husband had been complaining of chest pains that were shooting up from his arm prior to his death. She said a week before he died in March 2009; her husband went to the Cardio Vascular Group in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
Martinez was scheduled to return to his doctor’s office the day after he died.
Martinez’s legal team said Dr. Sreeni Gangasani neglected to tell the father-of-two to refrain from physical activities, including having sex before his next appointment, which was scheduled March 13, 2009.
On Tuesday of this week, a Gwinnett County jury awarded the millions to Martinez’s family but stated that the Latino stud was 40 percent liable for his own death.
You gotta love America….anyone can sue and the ridiculous can win!
