Guests attending baby shower at Universal Resort banquet hall in East Flatbush, Brooklyn shot

Three people attending a baby shower in New York City over the weekend were shot while chasing two men they believed had robbed another guest.

A 24-year-old woman, a 19-year-old man and a 14-year-old girl were shot in the East Flatbush section of Brooklyn on Saturday.

Police say the three were chasing the suspects when one opened fire hitting the older woman in the buttocks, the boy twice in the torso and the teenage girl in the back.

The victims, who have not been identified, are recovering in a local hospital.  They are expected to make a full recovery.

Police say the suspects are still at large.
