A Rising Sun, Maryland police officer who pulled over a 41-year-old Delaware man for driving under the influence of alcohol, said the man was also driving naked from the waist down.
Last Saturday, Jonathan Schultz was stopped by a police officer for driving 69 mph in a 50-mph zone, and according to the officer, Schultz not only had alcohol on his breath, but he was driving without his pants
The arresting officer said the man had on a shirt and a towel resting on his lap, but no pants.
A spokesperson for Maryland’s Cecil County Sheriff’s Office said Schultz told the arresting officer he lost his pants.
The Newark, Delaware did not say where he lost his pants.
