Wyatt was found dead earlier today by Pennsylvania State Police in a septic tank.

 

It is believed that police are holding the boy’s father but charges have not been filed.

Pennsylvania State Police are searching for a 4-year-old boy who suffers from congenital heart defect, which requires medication.


Authorities in Green Township said Wyatt Thomas Smitsky was last seen playing outside his home around 5:30 p.m. on Friday with his sisters.

 

According to reports, when asked where their brother was the girls, 3, and 6, said he went under a “sticky fence.”

 

Hundreds of volunteers gathered Friday night to search for the child, who was last seen wearing a brown military T-shirt, blue denims shorts and black and a pair of red Spiderman’s flip-flops.
