Help police in Texas put away the beast who tortured this poor dog

There are really some cruel people in this world!

Someone in Texas mistreated this poor dog and then left it for dead.

The pug-mix was found Monday morning on Baker Road in Weatherford, wandering around in 90 degrees weather with bruises and electrical tape closing its mouth shut with its tongue hanging out.

Vets said the dog’s tongue had been exposed for at least 24 hours and was so swollen that most of it will need to be removed

Staff at Bowie Drive Animal said the dog, which they named HOPE, suffered severe muscle damage and it needed 100 stitches to close deep opened wounds.

The torturer also wrenched out the dog’s tongue before wrapping electrical tape around its snout.

A $1,000 reward has been offered to anyone with information that leads to the arrest and indictment of the person(s) who did this to the animal.
