A California man is suing BMW North America and aftermarket seat-maker Corbin-Pacific claiming that his motorcycle seat caused him to have an erection for two years.

In documents that were filed last week, Henry Wolf, of San Francisco, claims his “problem” started back on May 1, 2010, when he took his 1993 motorcycle out on a four hour ride.

He said “the ridge-like” seat on his motorcycle caused him to have a non-stop erection for the last 20 months and because of his persistent lasting erection, he is “unable to engage in sexual activity, which is causing him substantial emotional and mental anguish.”

Wolf, who is suing for personal injury, lost wages, product liability and emotional distress, says the ridge-like seat was negligently designed, manufactured and/or installed by the defendants.
