Rule number one….you never use physical violence to solve a problem.

Rule number two…if you feel you have exhausted all options and the person is still not getting your point, NEVER, and I mean NEVER give someone a beatdown in a judge’s chambers, where there are deputies with guns.

Rule number three…always revert to rule number one.

A Florida man was arrested last week for brtually attacking his ex-wife in a judge’s chambers.

Last Friday, twenty-eight year old ex-Marine Paul Henry Gonzalez Jr., and his ex-wife, Ann Scott-Gonzalez, who is also an ex-Marine, were in Judge Ronald Rothschild’s chambers in Broward County to discuss child support and visitation, when Gonzalez became enraged with the judge’s decision.

Gonzalez stormed out of the room for a quick minute then returned huffing and puffing.  After telling the judge what he thought of his decision, Gonzalez began punching Scott-Gonzalez will full force in the face.

Deputies quickly jumped on Gonzalez, but Gonzalez was too enraged to be taken down with bear hands. The officer were forced to subdued the crazed man with a stunt gun.

When the incident was over, Scott-Gonzalez was left unconscious in a pool of blood with a a broken nose, broken bones in the face and a torn lip.

Scott-Gonzalez is listed in stable condition at a local hospital.

Gonzalez, who was charged with felony battery, domestic violence and resisting arrest, is being held on  $1 million bail.

The couple, who married in 2006, has a 1-year-old daughter and a 3-year-old son.
