Hulk Hogan to file lawsuit against Bubba the Love Sponge and Bubba’s wife, Heather, over sex tape

Former wrestler Hulk Hogan is suing his former best friend, radio personality Bubba the Love Sponge, and Bubba’s wife, Heather,  for secretly videotaping him making love to Heather.

During an interview with Sirrus personality Howard Stern, Hulk told the shock joc that Bubba had given him permission to have sex with Heather six years ago.

He said when the video, which was filmed about six years ago, was leaked earlier this month he asked Bubba if he was behind it and his former best friend told him no.

Hulk told Howard he gave Bubba many a chance to come clean telling him that he was going to the authorities and Bubba swore to him that he did not videotaped the loving make, and moreover, he did not give it to anyone to put on the internet.

Hulk then went to the police over the illegal videotape.

TMZ is reporting that Hulk plans to file a lawsuit against Bubba and Heather for invasion of privacy.

Hulk now believes that both Bubba and Heather were the ones who videotaped him having sex with Heather.

He also plans to file a federal lawsuit against the website that posted the video.
