In her new book, Nene Leakes admits to being a stripper named Silk

In her new autobiography, Nene Leakes admitted to being a stripper saying, “I had no job, no money coming in, the rent was past due and the super told me and my roommate that our condo owner was about to put us out. It was about survival.”

Those are the words from “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” Nene Leakes in her new book, “Never Make the Same Mistake Twice.”

Nene, who went by the name Silk when she took it all off for money, admits to liking the power that came with being an adult dancer. She said, “I could make $500 off one guy just by turning him on.”

“These men were obviously there to see what I had and I quickly realized that those men weren’t there to make me feel bad about myself,” she wrote in her book.

It’s amazing that Bravo was able to get all these women with MAJOR dysfunctional backgrounds to star in their hit reality franchise. Clever, it makes great entertainment. I am hooked
