Inmate at Clallam Bay Corrections Center in Washington started fire after he tried to heat up sausages in his toilet

An unidentified inmate at Clallam Bay Corrections Center in Washington State started a fire in the facility after attempts to heat up sausages in his toilet went up in smoke.

The man admitted to heating up the sausage he bought at the prison store in his stainless steel toilet, after authorities traced the smoke in the sewer vent pipe to his cell.

The incident forced One hundred and thirty inmates to be evacuated to a dining hall.

The inmate is currently in segregation pending discipline.
