A French teacher at a private Jewish high school in Toronto was arrested for sexually assaulting a young woman between November 26 and December 3.

Authorities said Jaskaransingh “Jask” Ramburn a teacher at Bnei Akiva Schools of Toronto was charged with sexual assault, sexual interference, sexual exploitation and invitation to sexual touching.

It is believed that the young woman was not a student at the school where the 68-year-old man taught.

Ramburn had been with the Jewish school since January 2002, where he was graded 4.5 out of six by his students on the RateMyTeachers.com website.
