Javon Jones fell out of a window of a moving car on the Long Island Expressway

Twenty-two year old Javon Jones was seriously injured early this morning after he fell out of a window of a moving car and then hit by another driver, who fled the scene.

Around 4:00 a.m, NY police officers responding to a 911 call found Jones lying in the middle of the Long Island Expressway and a female passenger who was in his car by his side.

The unidentified woman told the officers that Jones was hanging out of the window moments before he fell out, and another car that was closely following them struck Jones before the driver of Jones’ car and the other one fled the scene.

Authorities said although it’s probably an accident, the woman is refusing to give any more information about the incident including the name of the driver of the car Jones was riding in.
