Last night, a former lawyer of Michael Jackson emerged to claim he has a copy of the singer’s last will and he will be filing it with the court later this week.
According to the lawyer, John Branca, Joe Jackson was cut out of Michael’s final will, which was drafted in 2002 by the singer.
If this is indeed his last will, Jackson left his estate to his mother, three children, and several charities.
