Judge James Peck arrested for slapping his wife Judith Peck

A bitch fight between the judge who is overseeing Lehman Brother bankruptcy and his wife landed the judge in jail and charged with attempted assault.

James Peck, 69, told NYC police that he was only defending himself when he slapped his wife Judith Peck, 64.

According to reports, Mrs. Peck called the police Saturday afternoon and told them that her husband and just whacked her.

When they arrived, Peck told officers that he and his wife were arguing about a ladder she had put in his closet. While he was attempting the move the ladder, she turned around and bitch slapped him in the face.

“I slapped her back then she slapped me back again,” that was the way it went down he told the cops.

“We have been married for 42 years.  We love each other very much.  I have never hit her before. This was not about tonight; it was about complications beginning in October.”
