Judge Larry Seidlin, accuse of abusing his neighbor Barbara Kasler

Judge Larry Seidlin, the judge who became famous for crying during Anna Nicole Smith hearing in Florida, is being accused of abusing his elderly next-door neighbor Barbara Kasler.

According to reports, Ms. Kasler’s niece and a caretaker filed complaints with the Elderly Abuse Hotline, accusing the judge of brainwashing his 83-year-old neighbor into believing that he was her son, and convincing her to will him and his family, a huge portion of her multi-million dollar estate.

Last year, the judge was accused of taking hundreds of thousands of dollars in gifts from Kasler, but he was cleared of any wrongdoings.
